The Gas Ops Roundtable is a unique opportunity to share in a small group discussion with your peers about current issues, trends, and best practices. All sessions are moderated by gas industry experts. This event is your chance to ask questions, learn from industry counterparts, and share your experiences.

Book your hotel online to receive the MEA negotiated room rate of $171 plus state and local tax per night. The cutoff date for making your reservation at this rate is February 18, 2025.
To make the most of the Gas Ops Roundtable, plan your travel as follows:
- Arrival: Book your travel to arrive before noon on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, if you plan to participate in pre-conference industry tours or activities. If you’d like to arrive in time for the conference welcome reception, please arrive by 4:00 PM on Tuesday.
- Departure: Schedule your return flights for after 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
Air Travel
If you are traveling by air, the recommended airport is Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP).
Transportation
The travel time from MSP to the hotel is approx. 20 minutes. Ride-share services are estimated at $40 one way. Rental car providers at MSP include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, and others.
