Energetic Women

MEA Energetic Women is a national and leadership development resource within the natural gas and electric utility industry. The mission is to prepare women within the energy industry for leadership roles in operations and engineering by promoting, supporting, connecting and recognizing those who believe in developing high potential leaders to create a sustainable future and increase diversity at the top levels.

Leadership education includes an annual 2.5-day conference, post-conference accountability webinars, complimentary professional development webinars, and more.

Hosted twice each year in conjunction with MEA Board Meetings, these events bring together industry executives for presentations on current topics, idea and information sharing, and networking in a relaxed atmosphere.

Three times a year, MEA provides an opportunity for personnel at any career stage to dig deeper into their personal leadership skills.
