Utility Leadership Insights & Trends Committee
Leadership development influencers and decision makers at gas and electric distribution companies
The Utility Leadership Insights & Trends Committee helps inform MEA of current trends, needs, and opportunities addressing leadership in the utility industry. MEA seeks to engage leaders in all areas of operations, human resources, and talent management to provide insights, updates, and reports on current industry offerings and leadership gaps in the industry. This committee may also work on leadership content development. Time commitment includes one year of service, beginning March 2025, with monthly Teams meetings.

Energetic Women
MEA Energetic Women is a national and leadership development resource within the natural gas and electric utility industry. The mission is to prepare women within the energy industry for leadership roles in operations and engineering by promoting, supporting, connecting and recognizing those who believe in developing high potential leaders to create a sustainable future and increase diversity at the top levels.
Leadership education includes an annual 2.5-day conference, post-conference accountability webinars, complimentary professional development webinars, and more.
