The Planning, Sourcing, and Procurement Roundtable, previously known as the Purchasing & Materials Management Roundtable, connects gas and electric utility purchasing managers from across the nation to discuss current challenges, successes, and trends in procurement, storage, warehousing, and materials management. MEA members drive the content from questions that come up in their professional lives focused on cost-effective methods, work process improvements, and procurement strategy enhancements. This conference provides attendees the platform to deliberate practices, ideas, and recommendations in a dedicated setting.

We recommend you plan to arrive in St. Louis mid-late afternoon on Tuesday, September 16 to attend the Welcome Reception.

The conference will end mid-morning on Thursday, September 18 so please plan your departure for early afternoon on that date.
Transportation
The St. Louis International Airport (STL) is approximately 20 minutes away from Spire and The Drury Hotel.
STL Ground Transportation Information
Uber/Lyft are also readily available in the St. Louis area. The approximate fare from the airport to the meeting location is $30; however, prices will fluctuate.
Parking
For attendees driving to the conference, here are some nearby parking options:
- Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch: Located at 2 S 4th St, St. Louis, MO 63102, approximately 0.3 miles from Spire Headquarters. The hotel offers covered parking for guests at a rate ranging from $26 to $30 per space, per night, depending on the assigned parking garage. Rates may be higher during special events. Guests must register on 4th Street before entering the garage.
- Stadium West Parking: Located at 215 S 8th St, St. Louis, MO 63102, approximately 0.5 miles from Spire Headquarters. Early bird parking is available for $10 if you enter between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM and exit between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
- Ballpark Village Parking: Located at 601 Clark Ave, St. Louis, MO 63102, approximately 0.6 miles from Spire Headquarters. Early bird parking is available for $8 if you enter between 5:00 AM and 8:30 AM and exit between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Important Note: On September 17, the St. Louis Cardinals have a day game, and early bird rates may not apply. Expect parking fees to be between $40 and $50 at these lots on game day. Please plan accordingly.
