Talent Management
Human Resources and Talent Management personnel are in the midst of responding to the “perfect storm” that is affecting our industry: a changing workforce, knowledge management and leadership skill gaps, a shortage of qualified applicants – particularly for key positions (skilled utility technician and engineering), and a need for enhanced workforce development models.
Purpose
The MEA Talent Management Committee reviews and recommends programs and solutions involving talent and change management, and leadership and employee development to ensure our members’ employees are ready for the future of the energy industry.
