Risk, Resilience & Results
The Planning, Sourcing, and Procurement Roundtable, previously known as the Purchasing & Materials Management Roundtable, connects gas and electric utility purchasing managers from across the nation to discuss current challenges, successes, and trends in procurement, storage, warehousing, and materials management. MEA members drive the content from questions that come up in their professional lives focused on cost-effective methods, work process improvements, and procurement strategy enhancements. This conference provides attendees the platform to deliberate practices, ideas, and recommendations in a dedicated setting.

Hotels
Downtown Minneapolis hotels are filling quickly, and room rates have increased significantly for the dates of our roundtable. Our event coincides with what is commonly referred to as “Target Week,” when a large number of Target employees are in Minneapolis for corporate meetings and events. This is contributing to limited hotel availability and higher-than-usual rates.
If you have already made a reservation at one of the previously recommended hotels (AC Hotel Minneapolis Downtown, estimated 7-minute walk to meeting venue, or TRU by Hilton), we encourage you to keep your existing reservation.
If you have not yet made a hotel reservation, we recommend booking as soon as possible.
